Cupping is a safe, traditional treatment that helps resolve chronic muscle tightness and pain faster than massage therapy alone.
Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed.
Cupping may also have a positive effect on the lymphatic system, which is partially responsible for eliminating your body's waste.

Cupping Discolourations

The most common misconception concerning Cupping is the misinterpretation of the marks sometime resulting from the treatment. These discolourations are not Bruises!!
"The red marks are a result of the blood being pulled into that area. The darker the mark, the more stagnant fluids (toxins, blood and lymph) were dredged up during treatment. The marks last anywhere from a few hours to several days. The more often you receive cupping for the same issue, the lighter the marks will be.

Processed foods will not contain the power pack that fresh local seasonal food will. Frozen can help add variety, when some stock is unavailable.
