One of the goals of Mindfulness training is a deeper understanding of the way we think, feel and react to all life situations. If we can notice our thoughts, emotions, body sensations and impulses in the middle of our experience we also could notice this little space between stimulus and and our response. The space of freedom. We do not have to react... we always can choose our answer to all life situations.

New year, new resolutions, new goals. Everything goes great for a month or two. Then our enthusiasm dies. We fail. Frustration is born. This is nothing new. We are simply not able to function under pressure for an extended period of time. Our own pressure.

Maybe instead of new goals, try to change our attitude?
First we need to change MUST to WANT.
Start the change with small steps.
Then attract curiosity, kindness, compassion, friendship, love to your activities and goals ...

Does it seem difficult to you?

During the mindfulness training, we get to know our own mental habits and, gently, with self-compassion and care, we try to change them to those that serve us. It supports our every activity.

Sometimes changing our attitudes is what we need most.

Throughout our lives, our mind has learned to respond to different situations. What at first protected and helped us, over time became a habitual reaction, not necessarily supporting us any more. Mindfulness training helps us spot these learned mental patterns. We then have the choice to act upon them or to decide in our freedom what we really need now. In this way, mindfulness training becomes a kind of unlearning. Simple but not easy...

My dear friends from Plymouth. Last two years I was working very hard. Mindfulness Centre at Oxford University accepted my application and after 12 months of very intensive course finally I am a mindfulness teacher. I deliver evidence based and accepted by NICE MBCT training (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy).
I would be very grateful for your support. Please share this information, even if you don't need this kind of training. It might happen that someone in your family or close friend is looking for help. NHS provides this training just to those in critical mental situation. But to be honest, we all are fragile... we all need to know how to take best care about ourselves ... we all want to be happy.

“There’s an unlimited amount of good to be found here. Why then do we convince ourselves everything is bad and empty and in need of fixing?

Because focusing on the negative causes us to become blind to the joys of the world.

Whether you feel completely lost right now, on track, or stuck somewhere in the middle–– today I want you to slow down and be intentional about the way you choose to see your life.

Consider what real gratitude may feel like for you. Act with decisive love. Be deliberate in the way you recognize beauty.

You don’t need more. You don’t need change. Your most abundant life is already here, right in front of you, waiting for you to notice.

We think we have time. Time for family, friends, holiday. Time for taking care about our health, routine tests, check-ups. Time for reading, watching, playing... time for enjoying life.

We tend to create thoughts: tomorrow, next week, month, year...

The trouble is, this is just a thought, just our plan...

Do we really have time? Doesn't the life surprise us?

We can't change the past...
We can't be sure about the future...
The only time we have is NOW...
