Some days the Universe whispers subtley … and other days it throws the whole lot at you, doesn’t it? 😅✨

🖤 Illness.
🖤 Loss.
🖤 Emotional wobbles.
🖤 Old stuff rising up for healing (cheers for that, Universe).
All landing at the same time like uninvited guests at a dinner party 🤣🙄

So I did the one thing I Always encourage women to do, and yes, suprisingly, I actually listened to myself for once! 🙌

I hit pause.
Properly.
No guilt. No “I’ll just finish this first”.
Just me, my breath… and a blissful escape to a gorgeous spa. 💆‍♀️💖

It’s wild how a tiny moment of stillness can shift everything you’re carrying.

I’d love to know how do You press pause when life decides to go full dramatic mode?

When our bike ride didnt go as planned today, it made me think how lucky we usually are.
