This is for the woman who is last on her own list.

The one who would do anything for the people she loves and genuinely means it, because that is who she is. She just cares deeply.

But somewhere along the way, caring for everyone else became the whole of her identity. And she lost track of what she actually needs. What she actually wants. Who she actually is when nobody is asking anything of her.

She is not broken. She is not ungrateful. She is not weak.

She is a woman who was never taught that her needs were as important as everyone else's. And she has been running on that belief for a very long time.

Tomorrow night's Sacred Circle is for her ✨️

To give her a room where she does not have to be anything for anyone. Where she can breathe out. Where other women look at her and say "I know. Me too. You are not alone in this".

If you feel scattered, overwhelmed, or like the ground is slightly moving under you, this little top tip takes five minutes.

✨️ Feet on the floor.
Bare feet if you can, even better if you can get outside on the grass. If neither is possible, feet flat on the floor, shoes off.

✨️ Take three slow breaths.
In through your nose, out through your mouth.

✨️ On each exhale, imagine a root growing down from the base of your spine, through the floor, through the building, all the way down into the earth.

Honestly. That's it. Genuinely πŸ‘Œ

Grounding sounds too simple to matter. And then you do it and your shoulders drop three inches and you remember that you have a body and the body is always, always the way back to yourself.

Your nervous system needs you to slow down before it will let you move forward.
Give it a minute. Allow it the space.

I remember feeling a very specific way before my life changed & I notice it so many time with the women I work with too.

It's not excitement, not exactly. It's more like restlessness, not bring able to sit still, wanting to sabotage things, making mistakes. Sometimes it like the universe is "testing us" just to make sure the change is really what we want.

Its like the old version of ourselves is still trying to break free.

Right now, you may be one of these πŸ‘‡

You can't stop thinking about what else is possible for you, even when things look fine on the surface.

You're exhausted by things that used to feel manageable.

You catch yourself wanting to say something and then swallowing it back down.

You're dreaming of something bigger but you can't quite let yourself fully want it yet.

You feel a pull toward something, you're just not sure what.

This restlessness is not a problem. It is not a sign that something is wrong with your life or with you.
It's the feeling of expansion. Of who you are becoming pressing up against who you've been.

It feels scary & raw & real, and like you fide under a blanket,
The change can be scary, but what could be possible on the other side of it?

Something I say to almost every woman I work with, usually within the first session:

The problem is not you. It has never been you.

It's the experiences we go through. The things that happened. The things that were said. The things that were never said but absolutely should have been.

All of it created a story in your subconscious mind, and that story has been running the show ever since.

The subconscious doesn't know the difference between something that happened last week and something that happened twenty years ago. It files it all the same way.
Under the "This is what is true about me. This is what is safe. This is what I deserve." Folder.

So when you keep bumping into the same blocks at work, seeing the same patterns in relationships (always attracting the same type πŸ€”), that same feeling of not ever quite being enough...
It's not by any definition, a character flaw.

It's a belief programme that was installed before you had any say in it.

And that is the most freeing thing to understand. Because if it was installed, it can be changed. Reprogrammed, you may say 🀣

You don't have to carry someone else's story about who you are for the rest of your life.

You just don't.

Can we talk about something that I think a lot of women need to hear?

We see it all the time in society now, you get called Lazy, Unmotivated, a Procrastinator.
Friends stop calling, relationships suffer, work get on your back, your To Do list piles up.

Your not actually any of these things. You are dysregulated.

And there is a massive difference.

When your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, it literally cannot access the part of your brain that plans, creates, and takes inspired action. So you stare at the thing you need to do and you just... can't. And then you feel awful about yourself for not being able to do it.

It becomes this exhausting cycle. And the harder you push yourself, the worse it often gets.

So much of what I do with the women I work with starts right here. Before we go anywhere near subconscious beliefs or energy blocks, we help the body feel safe first.

Because a nervous system that feels safe can do things a dysregulated one never could.

If you've been telling yourself you just need more willpower, more discipline, more something... this is your gentle reminder that it's not a discipline problem.

It's something that we can change and help you feel regulated again.
