This week marks my little business’s 7th birthday!
I cannot believe how time has flown and so much has happened in these last 7 years!

A huge thank you to all of my lovely clients whose support throughout the years has been so much appreciated. Some of you have been with me since the very beginning and some I have only met this week. Thank You to everyone of you for trusting me to help you and your body feel and function better.

Last week we had to say goodbye to our beautiful Welly Bear. He would have been 14 today and we like to think he had a good life with lots of fun times, walks and cuddles.
Our hearts have a big Welly shaped hole in them and our home feels empty without him. So I am sorry to tell you that you will no longer be met at the gate by a wagging tail and a big bark, have him try to walk between your legs for a bum scratch, or leave you covered in his hair and a bit of slobber if you are lucky.
If I see you next week I apologise in advance if there are a few tears as I adjust to this new normal and get used to talking about him. 🐾🐾
