November is all about raising awareness for men’s mental health. It’s super important because, sadly, men face some pretty high rates of su***de, with it being the leading cause of death for those under 50 in the UK. It's not uncommon for men to feel a bit of pressure when it comes to chatting about their feelings! Every November, we come together to smash that stigma and really encourage men to open up and talk. Let’s make this a month of connection and support! 💙
