Well… yesterday I had my very first stall and gave a presentation at our Health & Harmony event ✨

In all the excitementI completely forgot to take a photo of my stall 😅

Thank you so much for all the lovely feedback from my ‘talk’ — and for the really interesting conversations throughout the day, and the bookings too. I genuinely enjoyed connecting with so many like-minded people 💫🐴

Well… that’s my first Horse & Soul presentation under my belt ✨

I’ve been completely blown away by the lovely feedback, and I genuinely loved sharing the journey and the connection between horses and wellbeing 🐴💫

After the presentation, everyone (14 of them) came along to the Quiet Horse place to meet the horses themselves — which was really special to see. Their calm presence speaks for itself 🤍

First outdoor wellbeing session in the sunshine yesterday ☀️

Lovely to see the horses settle and start grooming each other — always a good sign they’re relaxed and feeling safe.

We’ve even had a couple of swallows arrive, and I managed to catch them on video drinking from the water.

A really nice start to the season. 🦄

🎄 Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas and Peaceful New Year 🎄

Just a little update from Horse & Soul. I’ll be having a hip replacement in early January, so sessions will be taking a short break.

Sessions will resume around March, once I’m fully recovered.

During this quieter time I’ll be planning our ‘Down to Earth’ Retreat Days — gentle, grounding experiences including:

🐎 Morning meditation with the horses
🥗 Nourishing lunches
🌿 Outdoor sound baths
🥁 Drumming
🧘‍♀️ Yoga

… and more soulful moments designed to help you reconnect, rest, and reset.

Tonight’s sky put on a fiery show as the horses headed out after today’s session!

It’s normal for the horses to come over for a nosey while I’m poo-picking, but today Winnie stayed a while.
I downed tools, knelt beside her, and we just were.
No pressure, no plan — just presence.
When she’d had enough, she wandered off 💚. It’s amazing what you notice when you are close to the ground. 🐞🍄‍🟫🌼
