Birds chirp at 1000-8000 hz sunrise to signal the flowers to open up and start taking in nutrients. This frequency helps to improve growth and vigour and make the plants happy.
Pre-Sunrise, the sounds of birds carries 20x further than it would later in the day, when the air is still quiet and the lights are low.

When birds sing, the stomata (the mouth-like openings found at the bottom of leaves) open wider.

Birds singing also alert the insects that the Sun is coming so they can start their day. When ants work together it is called “swarm intelligence”.
