Hi, I’m Irina Parreira, a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist with 9 years of experience in private healthcare settings, including hospitals and clinics. My expertise spans a wide range of muscular conditions, helping both inpatients and outpatients recover and regain function.

I began my career in Portugal and in 2019 I moved to England working in a clinic in Eastbourne, gaining valuable experience treating various conditions. Last year, I took the leap and launched my own business in Polegate, providing a more personalized and hands-on approach to physiotherapy.

This is me, taking on the cold bath challenge (spoiler alert: my smile is just for the photo 😂). After several attempts and freezing my toes off, I can confidently say… Cold baths are NOT for the faint of heart, but they are for the body that needs healing! 💪

So why the chill? 🧊 Cold therapy helps with:
