Time for a Spring safety check-in! 🌼

As the seasons change, it’s the perfect moment to refresh your loved ones home. Not just for comfort, but for safety too.

Loose rugs, dim hallways, and leftover winter clutter can all increase the risk of falls. Our Care Professionals are trained to spot and address these hazards during every visit, helping to keep the home a safe, supportive space as we head into the brighter months ahead.

Here are a few simple ways to make a big difference:
▪️Clear walkways and remove clutter
▪️Secure or remove loose rugs
▪️Install grab bars where needed
▪️Brighten up darker areas with additional lighting
▪️Wear properly fitted, non-slip footwear
▪️Use a personal alarm for added peace of mind
▪️Check smoke alarm batteries this week

A few small changes now can help prevent bigger problems later! 💚

We had a fantastic time recently at our Willingdon Community Café! A big thank you to Alli from Happiness In Motion East Sussex for delivering such a fun and engaging session, with activities including New Age Bowls and curling. 🎳🏒
