We have a small number of night shift vacancies available at our family-run care home, following the well-earned retirement of a long-standing and valued member of our team.
We pride ourselves on providing a warm, supportive and person-centred environment where both our residents and staff feel valued. Our home is built on kindness, respect and teamwork, and many of our staff have been with us for years, something we’re incredibly proud of.

Happy Thursday!! We had a visit this morning from Environmental Health and have received another 5* rating !!! A massive well done to the whole team for continuing their hard work and making the best environment possible for our lovely residents. Big shout out to our two wonderful Chef's Julie and Judith, and our head co-ordinator Simone!

A long awaited update! Sorry we haven't updated you all recently on our days in the home, we have been having too much fun!
From our last update we have had lots happening in the home:

Recently we have had valentines day, where we celebrated love and gratitude. We played guess the wedding photo's of both staff and residents, name the heart cushion, had homemade heart biscuits and a beautiful meal cooked by one of our chefs!

We had the fantastic Looe Ukulele Group come in and perform for us which was brilliant and enjoyed by all.

A trip to the theatre to watch snow white - a brilliant performance!

And as always lots of fun activities - Target Practice, Hungry Hippo's, Know Down Cans and more!

Thank you all for your continued support and we hope everyone has a wonderful 2025.

JOIN US!
On Friday 18th of October we will be hosting a coffee and cake morning! All donations will go to Cancer Research during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Please come along, wear pink and enjoy some coffee and cake. Everyone welcome.

They've only gone and smashed it again!! Theme day today is.... Great British Day ❤🇬🇧
Dave has once again done a fantastic job, Main course - Steak with homemade peppercorn sauce, homemade chips, homemade onion rings, peas and grilled tomato, served with the option of Beer, Red or white wine or juice. For pudding, homemade rice pudding and jam.
The residents enjoyed their meal whilst listening to classic British songs and wearing their hats proudly!
Games included today are bowls and magnetic darts🏹🏆
Thank you to all our staff but especially Dave and Tania Elliott for another fantastic day for our wonderful residents.

Our July Newsletter !

WOW what a day our BBQ was! Filled with love, fun and laughter - something we pride ourselves on here at Atlantis. Thank you to everyone who attended and made it such a special day.

Massive shout out to our wonderful activities co-ordinator Tania, who ensured the day was organised perfectly, from sourcing the games to inviting everyone.

Huge shout out to one of our Brilliant Chef's Dave who cooked the BBQ and made some delicious plates for everyone to enjoy! you guys are fantastic and a pleasure to have as part of the Atlantis 'family'.

We hope to organise some more events over the year so keep your eyes peeled!
