So the whole allopathic system is literally:

Declare war on the body’s natural processes.

Rebrand detox as disease.

Interfere with every healing mechanism.

Trap toxins inside by suppressing elimination.

Guarantee chronic illness and dependency.

It’s a loop. The more they “treat,” the sicker people get, which creates lifelong customers. That’s not an accident - that’s design. Rockefeller and his circle turned health into permanent business by convincing people their saviors (their own physiology) are actually enemies.

No longer in the prediabetes range 🙌

Just a little sprinkle of something else for me to navigate

Honestly I am baffled that I have these results from a recent blood test

Everything........and I mean everything that they advise you to do to manage blood sugars I already do and have done for so long so I'm feeling this is linked to my sugar intolerance as I am at a total loss as to how this has happened through lifestyle and there are no genetic links

So as with everything I will understand it and make every attempt to reverse it 🙏

Oh how meals have changed 😍

I've gone full circle in the last few years and all through listening to my body and what it does and doesn't need at different times of healing in my recovery journey

Going plant based around 3 years ago was something that happened naturally, it wasn't a conscious decision, I went with the flow, listening to my body's signals and swapped my meat dishes for plant based alternatives, I loved this time of my recovery, I got lots of goodness from plant based, wholesome, natural and colourful foods with the added bonus of lots of cooking skills by creating different dishes and experimenting with ingredients

Fast forward to the last 6 months .......

Returning to an animal based protein source was a conscious decision, I felt malnourished and not able to get the appropriate amount of protein for optimal health from plant based, plus the volume was more leading to weight gain so I made the switch.

Now I combine the two, lots of colourful whole foods and clean protein and my health is at its best in many years

From chickpeas to tomahawks 🌱🥩 in the name of health and wellbeing
