We are taking appointments for physiotherapy at one of our new treatment and rehabilitation rooms.
Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is a treatment that can ease pain and improve your movement and flexibility.

Most of our treatments are very much hands on and can last up to l hour.

Yet another rising star in the world of Sports Therapy. ⭐️🙌

John Cox Health & Sports Therapy Practice is with Dan Applebee Sports Therapy.

After meeting this young man now well over 2 years ago, he was just qualified, and now as a degree in Sports Therapy
He was very nervous and was doubting himself as did I well over 30 years ago. I gave him a plan and a strategy to be one of the best !!
He religiously followed that plan we made together and to stick to the nice & caring young man he is, and to never change that with success.
From when you walk into the reception he always greets you with a smile, and when your feeling good and better, but you still need some help and reassurance he will help you out of the reception and down a couple of steps and to your car.
This type of caring and understanding is now lost with most therapists, but not Dan.
He is a credit to his profession.

Dan is now approaching his 3rd year with us . He now has his own therapy room within the practice and is a valuable member of our team.
He as built up his own therapy business and has regular patients coming to see him . He’s also knicked some of my patients which tells me he must be good 😳🙌 .
Personally I’m very proud of his accomplishments up to now and he will go far in the world of Sports Therapy.
