Blended Diet for Tube fed children in the UK - A guide for Parents

Received an email to say the Vygon Easymoov6 Enteral feeding pump is now available in this country. Its designed for thicker feeds than normal and fine for blended diet. Currently a private purchase and I don't know what the situation would be with NHS supplying it and what the situation would be with tubing. Apart from it being for BD I don't know a lot re costs etc, but passing it on here.

I don't post much as people may have noticed... I put everything new on the website and hope it get round that way!

However I recently received some excellent resources and exciting news about the BLEND Project, a research and web resource developed at Nottingham University and sponsored by Vygon UK.

I’ve set up this section of my website to signpost the various aspects of the BLENDS research and also to introduce the new feeding pump by Vygon which is aimed at blended diet.
