For anyone who is struggling with Coughs and colds in babies & toddlers. Especially blocked noses in babies as they can't release their own mucus, these massage techniques are fantastic.
These are the strokes I teach in my classes. They are very effective, I use them on my own children and have given Cody a facial massage and foot massage ( using the acupressure points) at 5am to give him some release. Babies will sneeze to release the mucus from their noses that doesn't drain away into their glands. 🧡

🧘🏼‍♀️Toddler Yoga Stories sessions🧘🏼

Toddler Yoga is suitable for ages 18months - 3 years, this is a parent and toddler session.

The class is 45 minutes long, we cover yoga poses to help your child's balance, gross and fine motor skills.

🧡Yoga helps to support your child's physical and mental wellbeing , it also helps increase concentration, helps to ease anxiety, improves sleep quality and helps children to self soothe 🧡

📍 East Hardwick Village Hall
🕙 10 - 1045am
📅 Saturday 28th September (onwards)

This is a rolling class, bookable by terms.
The cost of the class is £6.50 per session paid half termly.

Siblings are discounted.
