Tickets are now on sale for Selby Abbey on 14th February (2 sessions) and 16th May 2 sessions.

Unfortunately the Abbey is busy every Saturday between these dates. These dates are set in stone. If I manage to find other dates I will let everyone know.

Due to price rises of hiring venues, I've decided to increase the price of sound baths from after 14th February. My last venue at normal price will be Selby Abbey on the 14th. From this date I will increase prices from £10 on the door to £15 on the door. I will also start to publicise tickets through Eventbrite. The cost of a Sound bath has been £10 since I started in 2000/1. People have urged me to increase my prices saying I'm too cheap for the service I provide. (Which I have to agree with) I've always said that I'd rather keep my prices down and be available for people who aren't that financially affluent. However due to the rising costs or venue hires It has now come to a point that increases are inevitable. I apologise ahead of time if this causes any inconvenience. .... Simon

Up and coming Sound Baths this week

Sound Bath – Ackworth - Thursday 16th October, 7:30pm
Sound Bath – Newmillerdam – Friday 17th October, 7:30pm

Sound-Healing-Adventure welcomes you to an evening of relaxation and meditation. Join us for an immersive experience in soothing sounds and vibrations designed to promote inner peace, mental health, and spiritual connection. This event offers an opportunity to calm your mind, connect with your higher self, and enhance overall well-being.

Bell Lane Parish Rooms, Ackworth, Pontefract WF7 7JH
Lakeside Creative Arts Centre, Newmillerdam, WF2 6QQ

What to Expect: Experience a sound bath that will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and tranquillity. Allow the meditative sounds to facilitate self-discovery and realization, helping you de-stress and recharge your mind, body, and soul.

What to Bring:
• A pillow
• A blanket
• A yoga mat or comfortable chair (if you prefer to sit, this is perfectly acceptable)

The sound bath lasts approximately one hour, with a possibility of a slight overrun.

Everyone is welcome. Don't miss this opportunity to embark on a journey of healing and self-exploration.

Numbers are limited to 16, so please let me know if you are coming.

In Ackworth, on street and carpark parking is available as well as a small car park to the rear.

At Newmillerdam, parking is free after 6pm in the car park opposite the "Fox and Hounds"

Sound-Healing-Adventure Welcomes you, please visit and enjoy a meditative experience to calm the soul, connect with your higher self, improve metal health and overall wellbeing. A sound bath not to be missed, this Friday 3rd October 19:30 - 20:30, at the Lawson Hut in Badsworth (Near Ackworth, Pontefract)

Everyone welcome. Come and enjoy a relaxing meditative experience, let me take you on a journey of discovery, and self-realization.

You'll need to bring the following items with you, a pillow, blanket and a yoga mat to lie on, if you feel more comfortable sitting bring a chair, this is perfectly acceptable.

The sound bath lasts approximately 1 hour but may overrun slightly.
