🚑 Emergency First Aid at Work – Training Delivered 🚑

Yesterday I had the pleasure of delivering an Emergency First Aid at Work course for the fantastic team at Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract.

The session focused on giving staff the confidence and practical skills to respond effectively in emergency situations, including:
✔️ Managing casualties
✔️ CPR and AED use
✔️ Choking
✔️ Bleeding and shock

A huge thank you to everyone who took part for their engagement and commitment to keeping colleagues, patients, and visitors safe. It’s always inspiring to work with organisations that put safety and wellbeing first.

I just had a great day delivering an “Insight into Uniformed Services” course for a new client, Wirral Met College.

The students were fully engaged throughout as we explored:

🔹 Principles of safe and lawful handcuffing
🔹 Effective and ethical arrest techniques.

It was fantastic to introduce the amazing learners to the professional standards, skills and mindset required within the uniformed services sector.
