Good evening yogis, you’re in for a treat tomorrow 😊 a change from our usual style of class, we’ll be using bolsters and blocks to hold our poses for longer in this yin class.
Yin yoga is a great way to incorporate passive poses, the poses/asanas are supported by props, allowing you to slow both the body and mind down. If you’re always on the go, come join me for an hour, giving yourself permission to slow down.
I have bolsters, blankets and mats, just bring yourself ☺️ (you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer!)
Class is at 10.30am above the Ackworth community library on Bell Lane. If you’ve not joined me before, your first class is free 💚 classes are £8 a class or if you’ve book a block of 6 classes for £40 this takes it down to just £6.66 a class! These can be used at your convenience.
