Yoga for everyone…Friendly and supportive yoga classes

We have a couple of spaces available on Monday and Wednesday at our Yoga classes held at All Saints Church Hall, Sherburn-in-Elmet

Timetable (yoga for every body)
Monday’s 5:30-6:30pm
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm
£7 per class (card or cash on arrival)

The church hall is a lovely space for our hatha based classes.

As Autumn draws closer to Winter why not come along and join our gentle yoga class. Suitable for beginners and ideal for those who are looking to improve their health.

We’re a welcoming bunch and the church hall is a lovely space to practice in. You don’t need to be flexible or touch your toes ☺️

Morning Everyone, As we approach the Christmas season I wanted to share plans for the last classes in 2023 and when we will restart in the new year.

Classes will be as normal this week and next so last class of 2023 will be Wednesday 13th December.

For our final classes of 2023 I will plan a gentle slow flow candlelight yoga for us to enjoy with a juicy Yoga Nidra 🙏

Classes will restart on Monday 8th January x

First week back done, well done everyone for bracing the horrible weather and coming to class.

Sadly I’m having to cancel Mondays night class next week(group message to follow) due to a work commitment but back on Wednesday as normal.
