A separate cardio theatre with treadmills, rowers, steppers and cross trainers for those looking to get their cardio fix plus a spin studio with a range of Spinning DVDs so you don’t have to be committed to a class time table... Our staff are warm and friendly with extensive knowledge on training and nutrition. A Family run friendly gym with something for everyone. Come in enjoy a warm no pressure session followed by a protein shake at the end at our shakes bar.
