We are a small family run care company that visit people in their own homes.
WHAT MAKES US STAND OUT FROM THE OTHERS
We genuinely care about you and our service users. This company was set up to make a difference to people’s lives whilst earning an honest living and a comfortable income for our family.
We are not greedy business vultures that looks at packages as if they are cash cows and work our team into the ground – We charge our clients a reasonable rate and we turn down many packages each month because we firmly believe in health over wealth and that each visit deserves the time, attention and the warmth that we would want for our own families.
The owner of the business has been a support worker herself and understands the industry and the importance of a good home/worklife balance for our team and a safe and caring service for our clients and their loved ones.
Our morning calls start around 8am and 9am (perfect for breakfast clubs and school runs and none of our later visits finish past 7pm (family time is important to us- especially seeing our little ones before bed)
We support our lovely service users in a variety of ways depending on their needs, this could include (but is not limited to)
• Helping with personal care
• Administering or prompting to take medication
• Meal preparation
• Helping with cleaning
• Providing companionship and accompanying on outings
