You all@know I try to accommodate you the best I can but I really really am getting so busy now I can't stress to you enough you need to get your slots booked 2 in advanced.

Hey guys just a quick heads up that from 11th September I have decided to take a week off to actually get away for the last bit of summer we have left until the colder months come!

• Pain worsens at night or when turning your head

This is something I often suffer with myself (including today)

Not all back pain is muscular. A trapped nerve in your rhomboid region can mimic a knot—but behaves very differently.

Massage can help, but only if we treat the root cause, not just the surface tension.
