It was a beautiful morning 🌞 for our Fabulous Friday Walkers 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ in Pontefract Park 🌳🌿🌸. We even had some legs on show today, the first time this year!

The chat was plentiful as usual, and everyone agreed it was great to be out in the morning sunshine 🌞 - a great start to the day.

The ducklings 🦆🦆🦆 on the pond were back and we couldn't believe how much they have grown.

5k and 7k routes completed by this bunch tonight with hills and flies along the way… well done everyone !!!

The temporary 🚦 may have delayed our start time but they definitely didn’t stop us from getting our walk on this evening 💪 and what a beautiful evening it was too 🌞

A Short & Snappy route was quickly thought up by our Local Legends 🙌🏽 & it was just what was needed 🤗

The evening sun shone on us, the chats & chuckles were non-stop & the feel-good feels afterwards were just fab👌 As always 💗

We know you’re tired on a Tuesday but trust us, you’ll always be glad you came 💯

Thanks to Dave for the route suggestion. Despite only having 1/2 the route last week, I have no route this week. Note to self ‘must try better in future’ !!

Spring is definitely here and we will put a spring in your step too. Starting the week off on the right foot is always a bonus, and with this crew is a guaranteed success.

If you’ve been watching us for a while and worried about keeping pace or coming to your first walk, don’t, you will be greeted by our lovely members, no one is left behind.

Oh what a beautiful morning 🌞 for our Fabulous Friday Walkers 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ in Pontefract Park. The early morning mist had been replaced by beautiful sunshine and clear blue skies.

We had another new face today, Welcome to Jacqui!

No duckling 🦆🦆🦆 update this week as there was no sign of them on the pond. So we headed over to the lake to see the ducks and geese there.

We took some scenic routes for both distances tonight to North Featherstone and back
