Peter Eccles began his sporting career at the young age of 3yrs old when he got his first motocross bike. As many dont understand, motocross is proven to be the most physically demanding sport in the world. Peter soon learnt this and throughout his years of racing he studied and and trained with some of the best coaches in europe. After his career came to an abrupt end in 2013 due to serious injury he decided it was time to help others achieve their fitness goals as this is a big passion of his. He now works with world class and world championship title holder athletes, including movie stunt doubles. Helping them stay on track with their physical performance, nutrition to keep them fuelled and mindset preparation to keep them focused and positive. In addition to working with professionals, Peter also works with select general public clients who are dedicated and focused on positively changing their fitness and lifestyle. Because of his own passion and results driven personality, only a select few clients will make the cut and be lucky enough to train with Peter
