As a Mother myself this breaks my heart 💔 Caitlan and her family’s world has been turned upside down finding out her little Boy Teddy as been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour 😭 at just 5 years old. This world is so so cruel 💔

Permanent brow makeup policy 2026
1st brow session -
This session is your first appointment with myself (Lana) who will begin with asking you a few question’s & filling out a consultation.
We then begin taking pictures before & mapping your brows. This is to get the best shape for your face shape etc and decide on colours.
After we have done the first session you will take home an ointment that you will use for the first few days. (More info is provided) you also have your aftercare emailed over to yourself & any other questions you can message Locks&Lashes and I’m happy to help.

After care is so so important as this is to make sure your brows heal right!! If the aftercare isn’t followed the outcome for your brows may be not as you desired.

1st top up session -
This is typically between 6/8 weeks maximum 12 weeks (I always like this to be booked in at your first appointment.) the perfection visit.
* Timeframe: Typically scheduled 6 to 8 weeks 12 maximum after the initial session. This allows the skin to heal completely and "milk skin" to fade before refining the shape and color.

This top up appointment is included in the initial price of the brows but you pay half of the brow appointment in this session.

* Strict Window: Policies usually state that if this session is not completed within a set window (e.g., 12 weeks), it is no longer considered a "perfection visit" and will be charged at a higher maintenance rate.

Third Session Policy (Additional Perfection)
* Reasoning: Some clients with oily skin, specific medical conditions, or poor aftercare habits may lose up to 70% of pigment after the first session and require a third visit for full saturation.
* Pricing: A "mini top-up" fee is common for sessions needed within 4 months of the initial procedure, typically ranging from £50 to £80.

I hope everyone understands my reasons behind this as I have recently been finding myself doing extra work for no extra cost. Which is time that I’m booking out, the equipment I’m using also the products and over heads.

I always like to make sure your happy with your new brows I have lots of regulars who now have yearly top ups with myself but I also have to understand I have a business to run and sometimes policy’s have to be put in place.
