This morning at our Easter club meet-up was something really special. 🐣

We made healthy pancakes together, had our shakes, shared fruit and Greek yoghurt, laughed a lot, and just enjoyed being around people who genuinely support each other. No judgement. No pressure. Just encouragement and good vibes.

It made me think… how many people are at home right now feeling the opposite?
Feeling lonely.
Struggling with their confidence.
Not feeling great in their body.
Wishing they had a place where they felt supported.

If that’s you, please know you don’t have to do it alone.

I keep seeing posts saying things like “It’s all about the weight” or “the number on the scale matter.” And in many ways, that’s true.

🔥 Paul’s Incredible Progress! 🔥

Paul has been with the club for a while now, and his journey has been amazing to watch.

When he first joined us, we couldn’t track his weight on the scales, so we started by measuring his progress in other ways. We brought in a longer tape measure so we could properly record his starting measurements and make sure every bit of progress counted.

Fast forward to today and Paul has achieved some incredible results:

✅ 22kg lost
✅ 93cm down
✅ 2 litres of visual body fat gone

Paul is absolutely smashing it, and it’s all down to his commitment, consistency, and determination. The progress he’s made is something to be really proud of, and we can’t wait to see what he does next. 💪

Hopefully buy some new smaller clothes 🤣🤣
