In remote parts of Nepal, 1 in 3 girls still miss school during their periods due to lack of access to menstrual hygiene products and safe toilets.

This isn’t just a health issue, it’s a matter of dignity, education, and opportunity. Through our EmpowerHER Initiative, we’re working to change this by providing menstrual hygiene kits, awareness sessions, and community support.

But we can’t do it alone.

Just £10 can provide a girl with reusable sanitary essentials for 18 months.
