March recap 🌱✨
Stepping into April feeling grounded, grateful, and focused.
March brought a wave of new clients — each one a reminder that growth comes from showing up consistently and trusting the process. I’m so thankful for the positive feedback this month; it never goes unnoticed and always fuels me to keep improving.
There’s also been a lot of self-reflection behind the scenes — refining my approach, realigning my goals, and making space for what truly matters moving forward.
A big step this month was renewing my professional fees — an investment in myself and the standards I’m committed to upholding.
And on the personal side… marathon 3 of 12 for 2026 ✅🏃‍♂️ Progress isn’t always loud, but it’s always happening.
April, I’m ready for you. Let’s build, elevate, and keep moving forward 🚀

💐 Mother’s Day Reminder: Don’t Forget About Your Pelvic Floor 💐
Mums do so much for everyone around them — but your health matters too.
Pregnancy, childbirth, and the demands of everyday life can place a lot of stress on the pelvic floor, sometimes leading to symptoms like bladder leaks, heaviness, or reduced core strength.
This Mother’s Day, take a moment to prioritise your recovery and wellbeing. Pelvic health physiotherapy can help you:
✨ Strengthen and retrain your pelvic floor
✨ Improve bladder control
✨ Support your core and posture
✨ Return to exercise with confidence
Looking after your pelvic health is an important part of looking after you.
💙 This Mother’s Day, give yourself the gift of feeling stronger and supported.

💐 Mother’s Day & Working Moms Day are in the same week! 💐
This week is all about celebrating the incredible women who do it all — caring for families, managing careers, and somehow still keeping everything moving. 💪
Forget the flowers this year, give something that lasts. Why not treat a special mum (or yourself!) to something that truly supports their wellbeing?
✨ A physiotherapy or sports massage session can help with:
• Neck and shoulder tension
• Back pain from long workdays or lifting little ones
• Postural strain from desk work
• Stress-related muscle tightness
• Getting back to feeling strong and comfortable in their body
Mums spend so much time taking care of everyone else — this week is the perfect time to help them take care of themselves too. 💙
📅 Book a physiotherapy appointment and give the gift of feeling better, moving better, and taking a well-deserved moment to recharge.

As a physio, I see a lot of running injuries that don’t happen just because of mileage. They often happen when the body doesn’t get enough time or support to recover between sessions.
I’m posting this as a reminder to everyone (and myself!) after completing 3 half marathons since the start of 2026 in support of the Pituitary Foundation. Training and racing regularly has reinforced how important recovery really is if you want to keep running consistently and stay injury-free.
Here are 5 physio-backed recovery habits every runner should prioritise:
✔️ Cool down after runs – a short walk and gentle stretching helps your body transition out of training
✔️ Refuel within 30–60 minutes – muscles need protein, carbohydrates, and importantly water, to repair
✔️ Sleep 7–9 hours – this is when most tissue repair actually happens
✔️ Manage training load – increase mileage gradually (your tissues adapt slower than your fitness)
✔️ Listen to early warning signs – tightness, niggles, or soreness that changes your stride shouldn’t be ignored
Recovery is what allows your muscles, tendons, and joints to adapt to the load you place on them.
Train hard. Recover smarter. 💪

POSTURE CHECK 👀
Unclench your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Uncross your legs.
Feet flat.
Ribs down.
Long spine.
Breathe.
You don’t need to sit like a robot — just don’t live in one position all day.
Your best posture?
Your next posture.
Save this as your reminder to move 💭

February in motion.
Half marathon #2 (12th overall) and chipped time off the last one — proof that consistency compounds. 🏃‍♂️
More patients through the clinic doors, more people helped, more growth professionally. 🩺
And more time outside to reset, breathe, and protect the mental battery. 🌿
Progress isn’t loud — it’s built in the quiet, steady work.
On to March!
