The Role
As our Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting both our care staff and management team. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, manage administrative processes, and ensure records are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls, emails, and handling enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and care-related documentation.
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes (e.g., scheduling interviews, checking references, preparing paperwork).
Managing staff training records and compliance documentation.
Handling general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
Providing administrative support to management and care staff as required.
About You
Previous administration experience (experience within the care sector is an advantage, but not essential).
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
