Plus, this doesn't affect the actual time spent in our centre like others.
All staff are DBS checked & Fully Trained.
We pride ourselves on giving excellent service.
New potential clients or /& their families are welcome
to call in on Tuesdays & Thursdays to meet the team.
From 11:30

A Little Reminder About Your Home Care Rights
So many families tell me they feel pressured to accept the first care package offered by social services. I want you to know this: You always have a choice.
Funding & Your Options
If your loved one has over £23,250 in savings, they’re classed as self‑funding, which means you can choose any home care provider you feel comfortable with.
If they have under £23,250, the council may help with funding, but you still have the right to choose who delivers the care.
What You Can Do
- Ask social services for a needs assessment
- Once that’s done, you can:
- Accept their suggested provider
- Or request a Direct Payment so you can choose a provider you trust
You’re never obligated to accept the first offer. Your loved one’s care should feel personal, respectful, and right for your family.
If you ever feel unsure or overwhelmed, we are always here to help guide you through your options. With no obligations.
