🥗 Nutrition and Hydration Week – March 2026 🥤
This week is all about the basics that keep us healthy every day, eating well and staying hydrated.
Good nutrition and hydration support:
• Energy levels
• Concentration
• Physical health
• Recovery and wellbeing
Small daily habits can make a big difference, such as:
• Drinking water regularly
• Choosing balanced meals
• Adding fruit and vegetables where you can
• Checking in on friends or family, who may need help with eating or drinking
Nutrition and Hydration Week is a reminder to look after ourselves and support those around us.
Let’s make this week a prompt to build simple, healthy habits. 🥗💧
