Our GP practice will be closed on Christmas Day (Thursday 25 December) and Boxing Day (Friday 26 December) to allow our team to spend time with loved ones.
✅ We will reopen on Monday 29 December at our usual hours.

As temperatures drop, it's more important than ever to look after ourselves and those around us. The NHS's Keep Warm, Keep Well campaign offers practical tips to help you stay healthy, warm, and safe during the colder months.
✅ Keep your home warm – aim for at least 18°C (65°F) in rooms you use often
✅ Dress in layers – thin layers of cotton, wool or fleece help trap heat
✅ Eat well and stay active – nourishing food and gentle movement support your immune system
✅ Get your winter vaccines – protect yourself from flu, COVID-19, and other seasonal illnesses
✅ Check in on others – especially older neighbours, friends, and relatives
