Happy Thursday everyone 🥰

First slow start of the Easter holidays for us today, so I treated myself to raspberry baked oats for breakfast (recipe in the comments) with fat-free yogurt, strawberries and a little Marks & Spencer raspberry coulis 😋

And of course the obligatory cup of tea 🫖 I honestly can’t function without one!

✨ Meet your Consultant ✨

If you’re thinking about coming along to group, you might like to know a little bit about me before you walk through the door… so here goes 😊

I joined Slimming World because I wanted to feel confident standing next to my husband and feel amazing in my wedding dress on one of the happiest days of our lives together.👰

Over time I lost 1st 9lbs, but more importantly I gained confidence and a completely different mindset about myself.🥰

That feeling stayed with me.

I remember wishing I could bottle how proud and happy I felt that day — and while I can’t do that, helping other people find that feeling for themselves is the next best thing… and it’s exactly why I became a Consultant 💛

The thing I love most about running my group is supporting members as their confidence grows and watching them achieve things they once thought weren’t possible.🥳

A little bit about me…
My favourite Slimming World meal has to be sticky chicken with rice and pak choi 😋
I do enjoy a glass of rosé prosecco 🥂
🏡 Family time is everything to me — life at home is busy with my husband, my two daughters (18 & 20), my little boy (5) and our Crestypoo Teddy 🐶

When you walk into my group, my aim is that you feel welcomed, supported and part of something — never judged. 🤗

Lovely lunch out with my family at Tomahawk steakhouse after getting my steps in walking around the Metrocentre 👣
Stayed on plan — said no to starter and dessert, asked for the salad without dressing and skipped the dipping sauces.
Counting 14 swips for the chips and still fully on plan 💪
Proof you can enjoy meals out and stay on track!

Honestly, it tastes just as good as a takeaway – but completely on plan and guilt-free! Who says healthy eating has to be boring? 🥰
