We require a Dispensary Assistant or Pharmacy Technician to work approximately 35 hours per week at Candwr Brook Pharmacy, Ponthir.
Hours will fall Monday to Friday and shift pattern will be discussed at interview.
The suitable candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, a good communicator, able to work as part of a team and use their own initiative.
Excellent customer service skills are essential and the successful applicant must be able to remain calm and focussed under pressure.
The successful applicant must have the ability to follow procedures accurately and must display strong attention to detail.
The candidate must be flexible to cover holidays and work additional hours when required by the business.
Ideally the candidate will have completed counter and dispensary assistant’s courses. However inexperienced candidates may be considered who possess the required set of skills.
Technicians applying for the role must hold full registration with the GPhC and have NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
