Back to a more normal working schedule this month .
Thanks for all the patience and understanding whilst it’s been an incredibly busy few weeks away racing. I will be taking some time off at the end of the month to relax and reset but otherwise it’s back to business 🫶🏽

Just some quick updates as we head in to the summer months

Working Days & Hours
As my teaching time in now done, I will be reverting back to the following previous schedule;

Monday - 10-7
Tuesday - 10-6
Wednesday - 8-8
Thursday - OFF
Friday - 9-4
Saturday - 9-1
Sunday - OFF

As always if it is a particularly busy patch there will be additional appointments and hours available.

Unavailable Dates
We are now heading into the busy part of the cycling season so availability during May and June will be significantly reduced.

If you have events booked (marathons, Hyrox other races and competitions) that you require specific dates and treatments, please try and book these in advance to ensure you get exactly what you need around those.

To allow you to book whatever appointments you need around my schedule, the bookings are now open for 8 weeks in advance.

As the cycling season gets in to full swing now, there’ll be some reduced availability whilst I’ll be away for work.

As always, get your appointments booked in in advance if you’re needing it around events.

With marathon, half marathon and hyrox events fast approaching, please ensure your appointments are booked as early as possible to avoid disappointment and to ensure I can gets your pre-race plans in order as there as some dates in the coming months I will be unavailable.

In awe of this woman and her achievements! What a treat to be back in and spending the morning with inspirational Di!!

Good day of food and yes I did have a slice of chocolate birthday cake for my hubbys birthday. The good thing was though it was vegan so didn’t give me the normal sugar rush to want more!! Will now be waiting for the message… I didn’t know my cake was vegan 😂😂

I had an amazing sports massage from Ash . I think so many overlook this with their strength training. It can help with muscle recovery, improved mobility, injury prevention, better circulation and stress relief - and I sure need buckets of that right now!! I would say we all need a bit of TLC but my massage wasn’t that 😂 if you’ve experienced an Ash massage you know it’s deep with her magic fingers, she hit all the right spots knocking out those knots!! Honestly can’t recommend her enough, and have done to so many who also now regularly go to her.

Had a really good upper session with my PT think it was only one set down but I know I trained to failure so I’m happy. Then went for a lovely walk with my niece, great niece and great nephew to get my steps in down the cycle path. Got soaking wet but shouldn’t we all spend a little time now and then jumping in puddles? Finished the evening with a fab mobility class with .pt

February Availability

For those who haven’t received the emails through the booking site, as of February 5th there’s a slight change in working hours.

Changes as follows;

Monday - 09:00-20:00
Tuesday - 10:00-17:30
Wednesday - OFF
Thursday - 13:00-19:00 or OFF (alternates weekly)
Friday - 10:00-18:00
Saturday - 08:00-13:00
Sunday - OFF

These hours will be in place until April, then I’ll be reverting back to my usual hours.

Also as some of you are aware the Cycling season has started, so there will be some dates where I will be away from clinic. Those that use appointments as race/game/competition prep please make sure your appointments are booked in advance to ensure these are covered.
