About me

I am Kirsty Davies and I am a Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I am also qualified in Kinesiology sports taping, dry needling/medical acupuncture, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation), cupping therapy and warm bamboo massage and incorporate these techniques into my treatments. I work from my own private treatment room in Miskin, Pontyclun as well as at Sands Private Health Clinic Talbot Green. I also work with Swansea City AFC and provide sports massage to the first team. I treat clients who participate in regular sporting activities as well as people who suffer from everyday aches and pains. Sports Massage is beneficial for everyone and is not just for people who participate regularly in sporting activity. Anyone who has pain, tension and stress in their muscles caused by repetitive activities such as sitting at a desk all day, standing all day or driving for long periods of time can benefit from a regular deep tissue, sports massage.
