CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Every month a significant number of patients either fail to attend their appointment or cancel their appointment on short notice. Over the last few years, we have tried many softer approaches to improve the situation with little success. As such, we have implemented a new policy:

- Should an appointment be cancelled within 24 hours on two occasions, there will be a charge of £60 to clear before any further appointments can be booked.

- Should a patient fail to attend an appointment without any notice, there will be a charge of £60 to clear before any further appointments can be booked. It is a simple matter of courtesy to contact the practice should you not be able to attend your appointment. We advise to book appointments at a time that can be committed to. If this is difficult to schedule, please discuss the issue with our very helpful staff and they will be able to help.
