Wellness Walk this Saturday 9th May in Cwmbran!

Meet us at 7:50am for an 8am start in the car park at edlogan way, croesyceiliog, cwmbran NP44 2JJ (use this postcode to find it) This is a flat walk approx 5k loop around the boating lake.

Look out for people wearing tidy butt hoodies 😎

This is not a race and we always take our time, it’s a relaxed and chilled walk- we start together and finish together 🙏🏻

CALLING ALL MEN

Tomorrow evening we’re opening up our new contrast area for a special Contrast and Conversation session.

This is about creating a space where men from all walks of life can come together to reset, recharge, and connect. Expect the combination of sauna, cold plunge, and real conversation.

Spaces are limited so please register in advance so we can plan accordingly.

tidy_butt are reaching out to a wider community to provide more opportunities to support people with wellbeing!

Meet us at 8.50am for an 9am start in the car park at Fforest Fawr, loads of parking available CF83 1NG what3words ///stress.sweep.stews

The walk will be a circular walk along forest paths, with a few little ups and downs. Well stop at a lovely viewpoint for a circle to share, and then continue our adventures along a sculpture trail…! It’s not suitable for pushchairs but kids are more than welcome and will love the dens, streams and sculptures! After we’ll likely still go for a coffee and some breakfast at Esquires or Mountain View bike park!

This is not a race and we always take our time, it’s a relaxed and chilled walk - we start together and finish together.

What can I say!! ❤️

is courage.

Two weeks ago, received the call to let him know that a heart had become available. What he had been waiting for, for over a decade, was finally about to happen within a matter of hours.

We’ve spoken about Rhys’ journey in our presentations for years, and now it was actually happening. One of my closest friends was finally going to receive his long-awaited heart transplant.

Our journey together from former teammates, to founding , to becoming brothers has been incredible. And now, after a successful transplant, making more meaningful memories and experiences together is only just beginning.

I’m so thankful for this man, for his friendship, love, wisdom, and the way he continues to inspire not only me, but the entire Tidy Butt community and everyone fortunate enough to cross paths with him.

We can’t wait to watch the next chapter of your journey unfold, brother.

Thank you for inspiring everyone you come into contact with through your courage, resilience, and warrior spirit. I’m so proud to call you my brother, friend, and co-founder.

We love you ❤️

Wellness Walk this Saturday 2nd May in Wentwood, Newport!

Meet us at 7:50am for an 8am start in the Cadeira Beeches car park on the Usk road at the top of Wentwood. Type Cadeira Beeches car park into google maps and it will come up. The car park is free.

There are a few little uphill parts but they are not steep- just a gradual incline.

This is not a race and we always take our time, it’s a relaxed and chilled walk- we start together and finish together 🙏🏻

Please bring-

Appropriate clothing
