Myofascial Dry Cupping explained 🙌

Basically works by using upward pressure rather than downward pressure (normal massage). The suction cups pull the muscle fascia upwards stretching out the muscles plus promoting fresh oxygenated blood flow to the area releasing tension and pulling knots through. The darker the Cupping marks the more tension was in the muscle holding stagnant blood... once cups are removed I flush them through draining off all the toxins via the lymphatic drainage system. Slide cupping can be a bit tender but helps stretch the muscles fibres in different directions to loosen off. Also slide cupping is good for getting rid of knots and for Corrective Frictions breaking down scar tissue etc.
