NEW ME - NEW MEMBERS
I can help you lose weight. New Me is the modern and unique way to lose weight. I give examples of healthy eating through a cooking demonstration, helping you develop a positive mind-set and providing motivation at talks. You have access to a 7 day support group as well. At New Me, we show members how to lose weight and keep it off for life!
When you attend a New Me class, I advise what I think is the best option for your lifestyle. The beauty of New Me is you can alter what you do at any time. It is about what motivates you to eat well and keep healthy. The key to losing weight is motivation and that is what I offer to support you. I have over 20 years of experience and myself have lost 4 ½ stone. New Me is centred around losing weight for life and not giving up. The key is motivation!
At a New Me meeting you can expect, a warm welcome; meet new friends and to lose weight. You will have a weekly weigh in, a motivating meeting with a cooking demonstration (members choose the recipe by voting on our group page). These classes are designed around what you want in meetings and you are listened to and supported throughout your weight loss journey.
New Me Weight Loss Classes And Times
Most classes start at 9 am and 5 pm with the talk following at 10 am and 6 pm . If you are planning to stay for the talk, arrive around 9.30 am and 5.30 pm to save you time.
Monday
• 9 am Weigh, 10 am Talk - St. John’s Ambulance Hall, Abergavenny, NP7 5SG
• 5 pm Weigh, 6 pm Talk - St. Julian’s Methodist Church, Newport, NP19 7JT
Tuesday
• 9 am Weigh, 10 am Talk - RAFA Club, Cwmbran, NP44 3DQ
• 5 pm Weigh, 6 pm Talk - PILCS, New Inn, NP4 0TL
Wednesday
• 8.15 am (express weigh), 9 am Weigh, 10 am Talk - PILCS, New Inn, NP4 0TL
• 5 pm Weigh, 6 pm Talk - Blaenavon Rugby Club,NP4 9DU
Classes cost £5.00 per week or £18.00 for a month (monthly Wise Pass is active for 4 consecutive weeks). It is a commitment and will motivate you. We need to face those scales. They will become your best friend and New Me classes will be too.
You can lose weight if you make that choice, commitment and decision.
