I thought I learn this cutie very quickly from 🤷‍♀️
Let's just say it wasn't quick and I don't think it as cute any more 🤭😂

No skin left on my elbow, I fell more that I actually pole danced and bodywaves are hard upside down. And that turn into Jade, why was that so hard? 😂😂😂🤷‍♀️

Join us on Sunday 3rd May at 2:00pm for a 2-hour Gentle Yoga & Sound Healing Experience – designed to help you fully unwind, reset, and reconnect with your body.

This session will begin with a slow, gentle yoga flow, focusing on releasing tension, softening the body, and calming the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound healing journey, where vibrations and frequencies help you drop into a state of complete relaxation.

We made this flow during 2 private sessions, our goal is to perfect the basics, going all the way back to walking, bodyweight shifting, pirouettes, etc.

Soon we start focusing on arm and headmovements too 🤫😉
