This week, our yoga classes are centred around building strength and control through the upper body and core π§π
The focus supports movements like inverts, which pole dancers will recognise, but the practice itself is just as valuable for anyone wanting to feel stronger and more supported in their yoga practice πͺ
Expect work through the back, shoulders, and arms, alongside compression exercises to build strength in the abs, quads, and hip flexors. These areas support better control, stability, and ease in a wide range of movements, both on and off the mat π€Έ
