We're looking to hire a Toolmaker - Who will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and manufacture of plastic injection & blow moulds.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience operating conventional & CNC machinery (lathes, mills, grinders, spark eroders) to shape precision parts.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Manufacture, repair, and modify mould tools, dies, jigs, and gauges.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy.
Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance on tooling and machines.
Manage tooling inventory and spares availability.
Supervise apprentices and support continuous improvement (5S).
Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.

Requirements:
Time-served apprenticeship.
Skilled in manual machining and toolmaking.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure; CNC experience is a plus.

Hours - Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm.

Location - Treforest Industrial Estate, CF37.

We're looking to employ a Quality Specialist to be based at our Treforest site, the position available is on day shift (7am-3pm) and is a full-time role.

Main duties include but are not limited to:
Support the day to day functions of the Quality department (QC, QA) to meet QMS requirements.
Perform quality control tasks to ensure that products produced meet specifications.
Implementation/use of QMS practices to operation and quality functions.
Support other Quality ad-hoc functions (e.g. customer audit, regulatory/notified body audit) to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.

We would request that the potential candidate has previous experience with the following:
Familiarity of QMS tools & processes for ISO 13485 or regulated environment e.g. BRC
Use of eDMS/eQMS software
Previous experience working in production/quality remit in a regulated environment e.g. medical device/BRC.
