I have spent the last year studying the lymphatic system, I’ve trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage & now Pre n Post Op Lymphatic drainage Massage

9 times out of 10 you’ll be recommended by your surgeon to start manual lymphatic drainage as soon as possible to aid recovery

This treatment is a very gentle treatment to aid recovery, help with swelling, reduce pain

An in-depth consultation is performed prior to treatments

Recommend to have 3 prior surgery and 6 post

Just because it’s cold outside and the room definitely drops in temperature doesn’t mean the fan is going anywhere, for those who temperature runs a little high, I got you covered 🥹

Also I’m no longer having lit candles on in the treatment room, only essential oil diffuser only to limit allergies ✨

In the next week or so, this treatment will be available

As many of you know, I have my BSc degree in Complementary therapies which allows me to work at a hospice providing treatments such as reflexology and aromatherapy.

My end goal has been to be able to treat patients/clients which you need a specific qualification for.

This is because 1 everyone deserves a treatment, and the right care, I have made it my mission over the last 4 years to be at the point of where I am today, thousands of pounds invested into my education, and I’m sure there still plenty more to be spent!

What I learnt yesterday all just made sense, so happy to be able to provide a service of care ❤️
