🇬🇧 Last month, we had the privilege of being part of something really special.

The St David’s Project brought people together, created opportunities, and celebrated the Deaf community in a meaningful way.

We’ve taken some time to reflect and now we’re excited to finally share more with you.

🇬🇧 We have supported over 100 people in Cwm Taf with Assistive Technology.

Behind that number are real people who can now communicate more easily, feel more confident at work, and navigate daily life with greater independence.

Assistive Technology isn’t just about tools, it provides potential and creating equal access.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Rydym wedi cefnogi dros 100 o bobl yng Nghwm Taf gyda Thechnoleg Gynorthwyol.

Tu ôl i’r rhif hwnnw mae pobl go iawn pobl sydd bellach yn gallu cyfathrebu’n haws, teimlo’n fwy hyderus yn y gwaith, a byw eu bywydau bob dydd gyda mwy o annibyniaeth.

Nid yw Technoleg Gynorthwyol yn ymwneud â thechnoleg yn unig, mae’n agor cyfleoedd ac yn helpu i greu mynediad cyfartal i bawb.

Our Wales team visited Worcester Deaf Hub today and meeting our other colleagues at Action Deafness, taking time to connect, learn, and share best practice in supporting Deaf people.

This trip has been useful and brought ideas on how we can do similar for our communities in Wales.

One week ago today, something momentous happened.

The BSL (Wales) Bill passed, a moment so many in the Deaf community have waited years, even generations, for.

This wasn’t just a law.
It was recognition.
It was visibility.
It was a voice finally being heard.

A step towards a Wales where British Sign Language is respected, valued, and embedded into everyday life.

But this moment is not the finish line; it’s the beginning.

Now, we move forward.

Together, we continue pushing for real access, real inclusion, and real change in our communities, services, and workplaces.

Because everyone deserves to be understood.
