Today, Chaz from WCDP visited an infants school in Bridgend to deliver Deaf Awareness Training to their dedicated team of teachers.

By raising awareness and sharing practical tools, we’re helping schools create more inclusive and supportive environments for Deaf children and young people. 💙

A huge thank you to the staff for welcoming us and showing such commitment to making education accessible for everyone. 👏

We look forward to continuing the training with BSL 101F.

It was a lovely sunny day, perfect for our Garden Party!

It was so lovely to see so many people attend our Garden Party, to admire the great work of Rob, Mike, Keith and our other garden team of volunteers.

Everyone commented how amazing the garden looked, and it was amazing for our community to use it 🥰

Thank you to members from our Deaf Clubs, Hard of Hearing clubs and other members who came along.

Thank you to all the businesses and organisations who came to share their services.

Thank you to our amazing team at WCDP for their hard work too!

Enjoy the extra long Bank Holiday weekend with your families and please know that we are closed on Monday and will return Tuesday 26th August.
