✨ Supporting and supervising our amazing care assistants
✨ Completing customer assessments and creating personalised care plans
✨ Carrying out spot checks, reviews, and quality visits
✨ Matching the right care assistant to the right customer
✨ Monitoring MAR charts and maintaining high standards
✨ Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
✨ Taking part in our on-call rota

No two days are the same – but every day is meaningful.

👀 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Experience in care (domiciliary preferred)
✔️ Senior or supervisory experience
✔️ Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards)
✔️ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
✔️ A confident, compassionate leader who genuinely cares

💙 FREE Carers’ Respite Programme – Starting 28th January 💙

Are you a carer in need of a well-deserved break? We’re delighted to share a FREE 6-week Carers’ Respite Programme, run weekly by RCT, starting Tuesday 28th January, 1–3pm.

✨ What’s included?
✔️ Completely free sessions for carers
✔️ Free respite care for your loved one, provided by Bluebird Care Pontypridd
✔️ Time to relax, recharge, and connect with others

🧡 Flexible options to suit you:
• Your loved one can be cared for at home, or
• You can bring them along to the session, where our carers will look after them in a separate room while you enjoy your break

We previously partnered with RCT on their pilot scheme, which was very successful. Carers really valued their 2-hour break, and their loved ones enjoyed games, activities, companionship, and refreshments in a safe and supportive environment.
