James – our Man of the Year 2025 🙌💖!

Thanks to the encouragement he found at his local group, James has lost an amazing 12st 3.5lbs (78kg) 💪. All the practical advice he got from his Consultant and fellow members has also helped him to pick up healthier habits, discover a love of activity, and find the confidence to follow his dreams of being a comedy promoter 😁.
