Last weekend, I hosted a full weekend retreat in Herefordshire. Thank you to everyone who joined! I am still feeling better for it. It was so lovely to be in good company practising yoga and laughing together. I'm looking forward to the next one 😊🙏

Hi everyone, booking is now open for the 2026 weekend Yoga & Gong retreats 😊🙏

Retreat weekends are designed to be a special break, where you can breathe deeply in the fresh air, feel the benefits of Yoga, chat over delicious homemade food and take time to relax.

Everyone is welcome, there is no experience needed. There are single, twin and triple rooms available with a £75 deposit to secure your space. Prices range from £300 - £380 all inclusive. Please feel free to come on your own or in a group.

The page has had a few new likes lately so I thought I should introduce myself 😊🙏

🟠 My name is James, I started training as a Yoga teacher in 2015. In 2017 I was lucky enough to spend 6 months at Ananda Ashram in Pondicherry India. Here we studied from 5.30am - 9pm daily. At the end of the course I was awarded the title "Yoga Sadhaka" and the name Dhananjay. I don't mind being called James or Dhananjay.

🟠 I have now undertaken 1700 hours of Yoga teacher training from the UK and India. I also have a BSc in Community Health and Well-Being which has given me a deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology and a wider view of health. Since graduating I have worked for lots of charities, including as a mental health practitioner in GP surgeries teaching cognitive behavioural skills for stress, anxiety and depression.

🟠 I am really passionate about helping people to lower their stress levels and believe Yoga can help everyone to be healthier and happier. My mission is to deliver the best authentic Yoga classes that I can, and to create a welcoming environment where everyone can practise Yoga.

🟠 In 2024 I completed my training as a ''Gong Practitioner'' to offer sound baths. I am currently 1 of 5 registered gong practitioners in Wales with the College of Sound Healing.
