I have travelled to Rishikesh, India and Nepal, Kathmandu to obtain a yoga teaching qualification. I have achieved 540 hours of yoga teaching training in total. I was drawn to develop my Yoga practice having discovered the benefits Yoga can provide for supporting great mental health and as a support for my interest in living an active lifestyle to maintain a healthy physical body. My goal is to ma

ke each person discover within themselves the tools to take care of their body and mind. I offer tailored sessions to each students experience and goals, be it relaxation, self-confidence, strength, or flexibility. I am passionate about introducing Yoga to beginners and helping them build a solid foundation for their practice, working on their body awareness, alignment, understanding of postures and sequences, mobility, and general well-being. I offer private 1-1 lessons, small group lessons and group classes. Training background/ Qualifications: RYT‐240 Hours Advanced Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training - Yoga Alliance Qualified Teacher. When Phoebe first came to me, her goals were clear: lose weight, gain muscle, and feel confident in her own skin.

Fast forward just 3 months and Phoebe has not only reached her target weight, but she’s also built strength, lean muscle, and – most importantly – confidence in how to use the gym safely and effectively.

She’s proof that you don’t need experience to get started – just the willingness to learn and put in the work. 💪

Mental health isn’t just meditation and solo self-care… sometimes it’s sunshine, a sea breeze, good food, and deep chats with a great friend. ☀️💛

Today I spent the day in beautiful Torquay with my lovely friend Meg — and honestly, it was the reset. No to-do lists, no pressure, just connection, laughter, and being present.

There’s so much healing power in slowing down, surrounding yourself with the right people, and soaking in life’s simple pleasures.

Movement, nourishment, and mindfulness are pillars of health — but so is joy. So is community. So is rest.

Take the time. Fill your cup. Your mind and body will thank you. 💫

Running for Mental Health 🧠💨💛

I had a lovely run this morning — warm but breezy, with a good hill to finish 🏞️💪 Nothing clears my head like a solo run. Just me, my breath, and the rhythm of my feet.

Running is more than cardio. For so many of us, it’s therapy. It helps with stress, anxiety, and those days when your mind just won’t slow down.

But here’s the thing: 🛑 Nothing interrupts that mental reset faster than pain or burnout.

✨Client Spotlight: Kirsty ✨
Kirsty started training with me back in January — having never stepped foot in a gym before. Fast forward a few months and she is absolutely smashing it! 💪🏻

Yes, she’s been dropping weight and hitting her goals…
But what really stands out is everything else she’s gained:

✅Confidence in herself

✅Strength (110kg deadlift, 40kg bench press!)

✅ A love for training

✅ And she’s only getting stronger each week!

She turns up to every session with dedication and a smile, and I couldn’t be prouder of the journey she’s on.

🌲☯️ Finding balance in Tree Pose is just like finding balance in life. Some days, you feel steady and grounded; other days, you sway, wobble, or even fall. But the key is to keep showing up, planting your foot firmly, engaging your core, and breathing through the unsteadiness. Just like in life, balance isn’t about being perfectly still—it’s about staying present, adjusting as needed, and trusting yourself through the movement. Keep growing, keep reaching, and remember: even the strongest trees bend with the wind. 💪🏻♥️

🥇✨Unbelievable Progress in Just 8 Weeks! ✨🥇

I couldn’t be more proud of my amazing client, Kirsty! 🥰
When we first started, she was completely new to the gym, but today, she smashed 100kg for 3 reps on her deadlift and an incredible 173kg for 15 reps on the leg press! 💪🏻

Her journey so far has been inspirational—her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to push herself every single session have led to this huge achievement. This is what happens when you show up, put in the work, and trust the process!

This is just the beginning—can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next! 🏋️‍♀️🤸💪🏻

🌟 Step Into Your Strength 🌟

A friend of mine, Meg, said something to me yesterday that really stuck with me:
“Sometimes forcing yourself to do the scary stuff can mean really positive things.” ❤️

How true is that? Whether it’s stepping into the gym for the first time, trying a challenging yoga pose, or committing to a healthier routine, those scary moments can open the door to incredible growth.

First Run in 6 Weeks! 🙌🏃‍♀️

After what felt like every virus hitting me one after the other, I’m finally back at it. 🫣 My immune system took a hit, my mental health took a dive, but today was a turning point.

It felt so good to be out there again—cold wind in my face, sunny skies above, and stormy waves crashing nearby.

Sometimes, the hardest part is starting again, but small steps lead to big changes.

Grateful for the reminder that movement is medicine—for the body and the mind. 💙
