For those who guessed Jacob’s Ladder - you were correct 🙌🏻👏🏻

Jacob’s ladder is where Kerra will be completing 10,000 steps for Mental Health next Saturday 16th at 10am.

Today is the final training day for the big event next week and she will have climbed 9240 in preparation (I can feel the thigh burn just typing this!)

Our 'Thursday Thank You' today is a big one and it's for Helston Rotary Club who've donated a whopping £250! This amount will cover over 4 sessions for a young person and that is a gift worthy of celebration. 👏✊🥳 Thank you, thank you!

Anyone know where the photo is? Lets see if anyone can guess before the location is revealed.

On 16th Aug at 10am I will be starting a little challenge of climbing these steps up and down 50 times.

All in aid of raising awareness of young people's mental health and hopefully a few pennies to support therapeutic sessions.

Would be lovely to see you all there cheering me on, perhaps even walk a flight or two.
