Check out my new flyers‼️ I’ve made these to help spread the word about my training, background and services. I always hear that people don’t really know the difference between chiropractic, osteopaths, physiotherapists and others. There are a lot of similarities and crossovers but a GCC registered Chiropractor, like myself, has had at least 4 years of clinical training. I’m also a qualified Doctor of Chiropractic and a member of the British Chiropractic Association. We specialise in treating pain arising from your musculoskeletal system. This includes your bones, joints, ligaments, tendons and connective tissues. Although we are best known for treating back pain and adjustments (the infamous cracking), our extensive knowledge of the entire body means we can do a lot more to help people with their pain.

I wanted to share the reason I became a Chiropractor. It was all because of a surfing injury. I was travelling through Australia and was in so much pain that I couldn’t bend down to tie my shoes. In my youth I was also one of the best HOD carriers. Shifting tons of bricks up ladders day in and day out, I couldn’t afford to be in pain and needed my mobility back. So I visited a Chiropractor and they fixed me up after 4 treatments. I was so impressed with Chiropractic’s caring, drug-free approach and the knowledge of the human body, that I decided to take the plunge and have a career change. From then I did my 5 years training and became a Doctor of Chiropractic, a job I love and have been doing for a decade now. It’s something I’m passionate about, I love helping people get pain-free and reach their goals, and it also compliments my other BIG love… Surfing 🏄‍♂️! So much so that I continued my clinical training with the World Surf League and I’m proud to say that I am the only chiropractor in the UK having completed their course: DNS Exercise for Surfing 1&2 🤘🏻

Hi there,

I’m Stuart Soffe, a Chiropractor and owner of Canary Chiropractic Clinic. I have a passion for helping people experiencing painful joints, muscles and nerves using up to date evidence informed techniques. Nothing fills me with more joy than supporting a patient through their pain journey to a better and stronger place. Sometimes the journey isn’t always smooth, there maybe ups and downs along the way, but there is nothing more satisfying than when my patients finally reach and surpass their goals.
