New smoothie concoction today!
Pineapple which is low calorie, full of nutrients and antioxidants, help inflammation and therefore good for after exercise.
Blueberries which are full of antioxidants and can help with muscle damage after exercise.
Avocado which is a power house of good fat and fantastic for your bones!
Spinach which is fantastic for antioxidants and full of nutrition.

I used a mix of fresh orange juice did extra vitamin c and water to make it into the correct consistency.

If you are into your training you need to eat well to support your muscles and your body. Smoothies are such a good, easy and quick way to pack in a load of good stuff and getting your five a day.
