Top 3 Mistakes New Vegans Make (and How to Avoid Them)

1. Not Eating Enough:
Plant foods are naturally lower in calories, meaning you might accidentally undereat. Result? Fatigue, cravings, and burnout.

Solution: Build balanced, hearty meals with carbs, protein, fats, and fibre. Don’t fear food!

2. Ignoring Nutrient Gaps
Going vegan doesn’t automatically mean you're healthier. Missing B12, iron, omega-3s, or iodine can leave you feeling awful.
- Solution: Supplement smartly and learn where to get key nutrients on a plant-based diet.

3. Overcomplicating It
You don’t need superfoods, protein powders, or a 20-ingredient Buddha bowl every day.
